High Vista at Ridgewood Lakes
High Vista was the fourth subdivision built within the Ridgewood Lakes, and the first one classed as an age 55 and over community. Age restrictions require one resident of the home to be 55 years of age or older and all other residents of the home be 40 years of age or older. Guests and family members under the age of 40 years old are limited to visits of 30 days per year. Pet restrictions for High Vista are two pets per household, each 25 pounds or less. There are 623 homes in High Vista, ranging in size from 1200 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft. The last home being completed in 2012. Some homes overlook one of the largest lakes, and there are many golf course and conservation view homes as well.
