The definition of loyalty is faithfulness or faithful adherence to a person or cause.  It is the quality, state, or instance of being loyal.  Without loyalty marriages, businesses and even government suffer great losses or hardship. Loyalty holds the allegiance to a person or institution in which one feels morally bound to support.  It is then the glue that cements the relationship.

Loyalty is so very important in the business world, as the success of all sales depends primarily on it.  Whether in car sales, retail sales, commercial sales, or real estate sales, the loyalty of each customer drives the success of that transaction.

Real estate agents often work long hours and spend much time with customers never getting any compensation unless and until the time spent results in a closed sale.    Income can be sporadic and inconsistent.  Therefore, loyalty is extremely important and expected.  Unless there is an unusual circumstance or negative experience with an agent, faithfulness should not be relinquished.

Success is not measured by what we achieve, but by how we achieve it.  Loyalty allows for a win on both sides.  Be loyal to those that service you and be the glue that cements a relationship.  It may lead to further blessings!
