GROWING CHAMPIONS GATE

Barbara’s Blog:

There are so many changes happening at Champions Gate, at Exit 58 off I-4.  Not only have several new restaurants opened recently, but there is a massive condo and apartment complex, retail shops and lots of vacation and residential homes being constructed in the area as well.  So much activity is creating many traffic nightmares around the area too, but with the proximity to Disney comes growth.

One new community being built by Ryan Homes is offering lovely residential homes that do not permit short term rentals and offer a variety of floor plans, most under $300,000, with low lot premiums.  The HOA maintenance fees are very low and offer nice amenities, such as a tot lot, resort style beach entry pool, cabana, and grilling station.  This community will not be gated, but is within minutes to Champions Gate shopping and restaurants, and both I-4 and Hwy. 27, and of course, all of the theme parks.

The seven different floor plans range from 1,532 to 3,485 sq. ft., with both single and two story available, and either 3 or 4 bedroom models.  Ryan Homes offers granite countertops or quartz, black appliances, and paver driveways as just a part of their many upgrades.  They are offering closing incentives and very competitive financing options.  Currently there are 100 lots opened, with a quarter of them already sold.  But there are also plans for future development adjacent to the current building sights.

If interested in a conveniently located, affordable residential home, built by a reputable company operating in 14 states, NOT in a short term rental community, contact us for further details and information.  We would be happy to assist you in building your Florida dream home!  (See our home page for contact information)
